(4) Concentrate under reduced pressure at 105~110℃ for 1~2h to obtain 30%~40% sarcosine aqueous solution.


(5) Remove (precipitate) by filtration, add cyanamide aqueous solution to the obtained sarcosine aqueous solution, pass ammonia under stirring to adjust the pH of the solution to 9-12, and stir and react at 70-80*(2 for 0.5-1 h.


(6) The reaction solution is cooled to 5-15°C, stirred for 1-7 hours to form creatine crystals, suction filtered, washed, and dried to obtain crude creatine monohydrate with a purity of 98.5% and a water content of 18%.


(7) The crude creatine monohydrate is suspended, stirred, washed, or recrystallized with a deionized water solution of a debittering agent to obtain creatine monohydrate with a purity of more than 99.5% (water content ≤ 12%).
