Is dhm bad for you?

With so many benefits of DHM, is it bad for your body? During the observation period, no abnormalities were found in the skin, mucous membranes, coat color, eyes, respiration, circulation, autonomic activity, central nervous system, and behavior of the rats. The body weight of the rats did not change significantly, and no animals died during the test period. , indicating that dihydromyricetin has little toxicity. The results of the acute toxicity test of the ethanol extract of vine tea also showed that when 10.0 g/kg ethanol extract of vine tea (the amount of dihydromyricetin was determined to be 70%), the acute toxicity evaluation indexes of rats did not change significantly. , indicating that rattan tea (dihydromyricetin) has better food safety. There are no reports on the subacute toxicity, long-term toxicity, or reproductive and developmental toxicity of dihydromyricetin.
