Observation and analysis of the curative effect of hyaluronic acid combined with antimicrobial peptide dressing in the treatment of moderate to severe acne
Purpose:
To study the therapeutic effect of hyaluronic acid combined with antimicrobial peptide dressing in patients with moderate to severe acne
Method:
A total of 45 patients with moderate to severe acne were selected as the research subjects, and all subjects received hyaluronic acid combined with antimicrobial peptide dressings, once a day for 28 consecutive days. Follow-up was performed at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks after treatment. After the treatment, the effective rate of the treatment was calculated; and the inflammatory skin lesions, non-inflammatory skin lesions, and Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) scores were compared before and after treatment; at the same time, the physiological indexes of the skin before and during the treatment were detected and compared.
Result:
After treatment, the total number of inflammatory skin lesions and skin lesions were significantly less than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After the treatment, the number of cured cases and the number of markedly effective cases were 5 and 18, respectively, with a total effective rate of 51.11%. After treatment, the IGA score was significantly lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05). Various skin physiological indicators showed that the degree of skin hydration after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment, the transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and E value (heme content) were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.00). 05); and there was no significant difference in M value (melanin content) before and after treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Hyaluronic acid combined with antimicrobial peptide dressing has a significant curative effect in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. It can significantly reduce inflammation, improve skin hydration, reduce percutaneous water loss, and reduce pigmentation. It can be used for the treatment of moderate to severe acne.
Conclusion:
Antibacterial peptides have a significant therapeutic effect on patients with moderate to severe acne. In addition, hyaluronic acid and glycerin in the Fuqing mask may have a certain effect on improving skin physiological indicators, which suggests that antimicrobial peptides can be used in clinical work to treat moderate to severe acne. Purpose:

Method:
The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with a 2% supramolecular salicylic acid nourishing mask, the control group was treated with 5% benzoyl peroxide gel on the skin lesions, and both groups were treated with hyaluronic acid gel Moisturize for 8 weeks each. During and after treatment, the changes in skin lesions and adverse reactions were recorded, and the efficacy was analyzed.
Result:

The control group was mild; the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 91.18% and 71.42%, respectively; the recurrence rates were 3.63% and 16.67%, respectively. The adverse reactions in both groups were mild and transient.
