2. Using dew grass as the starting material, after crushing, heating, and refluxing with 75% ethanol for extraction, recovering the ethanol to obtain a concentrated solution, extracting with ethyl acetate, passing the extract through neutral alumina column chromatography, and washing with chloroform-methanol gradient The eluted fractions of chloroform-methanol (4:1) were collected, concentrated, and the residue was recrystallized from methanol-ethyl acetate to obtain β-ecdysterone finished product.
