Turkesterone in Cyanotis Arachnoidea

What is Cyanotis arachnoidea?

Cyanotis arachnoidea is a perennial herb belonging to the Cyanotis D. Don of Commelinaceae, a kind of Yi medicine.  At present, phytoecdysteroids, phytosterol, phytosterone glycoside, fatty acid, Turkesterone,  terpene, and volatile oil have been identified as the main chemical constituents of Cyanotis arachnoidea.

Most of the research on the effects of Turkesterone is the result of medium to long-term use over a period of weeks to months. Interestingly, however, users of Turkesterone report significant effects within a few days (important for improving memory, immunity, stamina, and anxiety).
