Laboratory extraction
Crush the white willow bark. Weigh 1000 g. According to the material-to-liquid ratio of 1:2, add lime water and soak for 15-30 minutes. Then add water to extract 3 times. Each extraction time is 1.5 h. The ratio of solid to liquid is 1:8 (m/v). The extraction temperature is 60°C. After the extraction is complete, combine the 3 extracts. Filter and then adsorb the filtrate with resin.
