Production Method:
The crushed materials were placed in 4 conical flasks, 10 g each. Add absolute ethanol, petroleum ether, chloroform, and acetone in a ratio of 1:5. It was subjected to 3 leaching operations. Each extraction time is 3 days. The extracts from the three extractions were combined. Then four kinds of extracts were obtained by rotary evaporator. It extraction rate was calculated by weighing.
