Sage Leaf Extract Introduction

Production Method
Put the crushed and sieved sage into a Soxhlet extractor. Add petroleum ether (the ratio of solid to liquid is 1g: 10mL). Reflux in a water bath for 12h to decrease.
Filter and dry the material to a constant weight. The degreased and dried sage powder was placed in an Erlenmeyer flask. Add 50mL of 70% ethanol solution to it. Ultrasound at 40°C for 2 h. Filter and place the filtrate in a rotary evaporator. The solvent was rotovated off. Then the concentrated solution was dried in a vacuum oven until constant weight. Finally, the powder is obtained.
