2. Plant source
Bacopa (scientific name: Bacopa monnieri (L.) Wettst.) is a plant of the genus Bacopa in the Scrophulariaceae family. 4. Manufacturing method
Take the whole herb powder of Bacopa monnieri that has been pulverized by a pulverizer and pass it through an 80-mesh sieve. Weigh about 50g and soak in 60% ethanol for 24h. Then ultrasonically extract with 10 times the volume of 60% ethanol three times, each time for 30 min. The filtrate, combine the filtrates (500ml each), and rotary evaporates to obtain a concentrated solution.
Take about 500ml of the above crude extract. Added to the chromatographic column equipped with 1500g pretreated D101 macroporous adsorption resin, after loading. Adsorb for 2 hours, then elute with 5% ethanol, and discard the eluent. Finally, they were eluted with 1000ml of 60% and 90% ethanol respectively. Alcohol eluent. The eluate was evaporated to dryness in a rotary evaporator to obtain a brown powder.
