Deodorization method

 

Accurately weigh 0.2g Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii Powder, add 20mL deionized water, and ultrasonicate at 200W for 10min to break the cell wall. Through the preliminary experiment, add 0.1g β-cyclodextrin to one portion and incubate at 35°C for 30min. Add 0.05g of yeast to another part and incubate at 35°C for 60min.

 

How to add it to yogurt?

Accurately weigh a certain mass of the product, stabilizer, β-cyclodextrin, and 6% white sugar and add 20mL of deionized water. After stirring evenly, add 80mL of pure milk, homogenize at 22Mpa, 50°C, sterilize at 95°C for 15min, cool to room temperature and add 0.1% yogurt starter. Ferment in a constant temperature incubator at 44°C for 6 hours, and then put it in a refrigerator at 4°C for about 12 hours.
