How to extract Chlorophyll Sodium Copper?
1. Acid set copper method
Raw material → leaching → filtration → concentration → saponification → separation → acidification copper generation → filtration → salt formation → drying → finished product
The raw material is first pretreated. At a constant temperature, the raw materials were extracted with ethanol to obtain a dark green solution, and then NaOH solution was added for saponification. Adjust pH and reflux at a constant temperature. After cooling, it was extracted with petroleum ether. Adjust the pH of the saponification solution, add CuSO4 solution at constant temperature for copper substitution, filter, and wash for several times. The precipitate was dissolved with acetone, and the pH was adjusted with NaOH solution until crystals were precipitated to obtain the product.
2. Ultrasonic method
